This was a tremedous hit with my husband and son (also w/ me The lemon is pronounced but not overwhelming, the rosemary is in the background and the capers make this dish over the top.

Great recipe. I don't have access to a grill so I decided to bake it in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes. Perfect!

Prepared the fish before the Bar B Q. Wrapped it in foil and put in the fridge until 10 mins. before we were ready to eat. Then put it on the grill. Easy and delicious. One question, what do you do with the foil?

A good recipe but needs to be ampted up a bit. I frankly prefer a salt and pepper rub with a high heat fry and a good tartar sauce. I really expected more of a pop. I baked in oven @450 for 15 minutes.

I have made this dish numerous times, and each time I have never been let down. I constantly get compliments and everyone always asks for the recipe to take home with them. It has such flavor and is extremely healthy for you that you cannot go wrong. I follow the recipe to a tee, which is really simple. The only hard part maybe folding the aluminum so that the sauce doesn't drip out. My suggestion is folding the sides first. It just takes practice. Enjoy!!!

I have eaten a lot of salmon in a lot of different ways, but I must say that hands-down, this way is my favorite. So easy, too!
