    I have eaten a lot of salmon in a lot of different ways, but I must say that hands-down, this way is my favorite. So easy, too!

    I grilled the salmon on low heat on my grill at 400F according to the thermometer. I had to cook longer than 10 minutes, roughly 15 minutes. Just check with a fork if it flakey-- it's done. Don't over cook it

    Didn't have capers but used garlic with the lemon and rosemary. Was extremely tasty and easy to serve with it's own juices due to the foil.
