    I loved the simplicity of this recipe,but has still excellent taste even with few ingredients.

    Served it on tossed greens with evoo and balsamic vinegar. Sides of grilled tomatoes w/parmesan and hot buttered bread.

    This was very easy to make. I actually didn't put it on a grill, but baked the foil packets in the oven and they were PERFECT! The fish was very flaky and the the taste was light. The capers really were a great touch.

    This is the fastest salmon I have ever cooked. Basicly no preparation necesary.

    Made this recipe for a dinner with friends last weekend. Awesome! Everybody was asking me- "what's in the sauce, it's delicious!" Marsala wine adds a nice touch to a classic combination, like lemon and rosemary.
