    This is positively the best salmon recipe I've had in a long time. So quick and easy and moist. We've been eating alot of it at our house now!

    So easy to throw together and the results are tasty and beautiful. I'm not a big salmon fan, but feel I should eat it more because it's healthy. After making this super simple recipe, I'm now a salmon fan.

    My husband isn't a salmon fan, but I like this fish and love that it's so healthy. I prepared this with help from my two-year-old daughter, and altered it to cook in the oven (just put the broiler on and checked for doneness, though the rest of the recipe I followed...including making a foil packet. The fish was tasty and moist and my husband ate all that I served. I would likely make this for company since fish is a common ground for my family of non-meat eaters, and our meat-eating friends and extended family.

    I served this to a woman who HATES rosemary seasoning--- she fell in love with it when I opened the foil. She's now using this recipe for other fish dishes!
