    I took this salmon for our Music in the Park dinner. Popped it on the barbecue just before we left. When we unwrapped and put on the plate with an orzo salad, all the people around us were very impressed. I had two fillets left over and made a Salmon Salad from Paula Deen's show. Great way to have a quick next meal. This will be a keeper.

    I usually don't prepare fish at home for my family but this sounded so good. It was quick and easy to prepare and grilled up perfectly. Everyone loved it. I'll definitely make this again!

    Couldn't ask for a better recipe! We generally only use olive oil and salt, but this was a nice change. My only worry was our salmon was thick in the middle- just pulled one to check and left them on for about 5 minutes more. Perfect!

    This was a wonderful recipe. We saw this on tv today and said that is what we are having for supper. So my son who wants to be chef decided to fit it. It was easy and the salmom melted in your mouth..Try it!!!!
