    Very easy to make and quite tasty...and I'm not that big of a salmon fan, but we've made this twice in that last few weeks.

    It is so unbelievably good and easy! Once you have the capers and Marsala in stock, you can make this anytime by just getting salmon and lemon from the store (I grow my own rosemary. Plus it is easy to make any number of portions. I know I'm going to be making this at least once a week.

    We eat a lot of salmon in the Northwest and this is one my favorite salmon recipe. I either grill them per instructions or bake foil packets in the oven. Both ways are delicious. Clean up is a snap too.

    I usually love Giada's recipes, but this one was ok. I agree with the other reviewer who said it tastes like "boiled salmon".
