After making this, I made a note on the printout. "Very good as is. Can't think of any way to improve it". (Actually, I should have said excellent and easy. That's the first time I ever wrote that. I usually write suggestions for making changes to improve the flavor the next time we try it. We've made it several times on the grill. When the snow is deep and the temp very low, we make it in the toaster oven. My wife and I make a point of having salmon or trout once a week, for health reasons, and another fish or seafood another evening.

Tasty indeed. Made it last night falling the directions to a T...no variations - a 1st for me. Had it along w/ Paula Deens bacon green beans tied w/ carrot ribbons and herbed ricotta cheese ravioli and an arugula salad to complement it all!! Fantastico!!!

This was SO good! I made it as the recipe says except no capers and I baked it in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. I made it with couscous and laid the salmon on top and poured the juices on top of it all..super yum! I will definitely be making it again! My 4 year old and husband loved it!
