Absolutely delicious! So easy to prepare too! All of the flavors worked well together, making for a tender and tasty piece of salmon. I did need to cook my fish for about 5-7 minutes longer than suggested in the recipe. You just have to check it. A wonderful way to get fish into the mouths of my family!

A friend sent this recipe to me after raving about it for a week! I tried it last night and he was not wrong to go on and on. Delicious and easy peasy. A definite keeper and company worthy. It's too cold outside to grill yet so I popped it into the oven. No muss no fuss. Paired it with Cannellioni beans with canned corn and red peppers and crumpled bacon, a bit of EVOO (Yum and sauteed swiss chard with mushrooms and garlic to add color to the plate.

EXCELLENT DISH! I served it with grilled asparagus and baked red potatoes. Easy and Yummy are the two requirements for my week night recipes...

I was really skeptical about whether or not this was going to be great. It turned out amazing!!! I don't have a grill so I put the fish into a regular pan on the stove top. I put it on medium high heat for 10 mins. Checked the fish and it was still undercooked, so I covered the pan and then cooked for 5 mins. This was just right and it tasted amazing. I didnt have marsala, so I used dry sherry. TRY the recipe, it turned out WAYYY better than I thought it would.

Just made this recipe and it was delightful. Surprised that my 2 teenagers even liked it. My husband enjoyed it and especially the sauce. We have salmon often and needed a new recipe to jazz things up. This was light and tasty. I took someone's advice and baked 15-20 min. in 400 degree oven. Too cold to grill tonight. Made white sweet potatoes in olive oil and asparagus to go with the dish.

Wonderful! Followed recipe exactly. Even though it didn't sound like anything outstanding, it was! Served w/ Giada's broccoli rabe, sausage and orochiette as a side. Excellent match! Had w/ a nice Pinot Grigio, though we think a sangiovese would also be a good match with broccoli rabe as a side.

If you let me I will eat salmon every single day. I remember when I had lox almost every day for breakfast at the airport during my "airport days". This is just such a fab combo, so settled and simply, delicious!
