this recipe is so easy to make and looks very pretty on the plate. I made for a dinner party and my guests loved so much. One of my guests said she's made for 2 of her dinner parties. It's so easy and nice because it all cooks in one pan.

My husband was impressed that I made something so "fancy" for our anniversary. Little did he know how easy it really was! I've made it several times since then and always comes out perfect. I do bake the puff pastry first, and then let it rest while I bake the salmon. Seems to work better that way.

My partner exclaimed it was the most delicious thing I had ever made :. We are salmon fiends so it was bound to go down a treat. Thanks so much!

This is a delicious recipe and makes an elegant presentation. Guests are really impressed. It's easy and you aren't hanging around the kitchen while everyone else is having a glass of wine. I normally don't review a recipe if I make changes to it, but I think ths change is worth mentioning. I don't use the sliced tomatoes, and I use sun dried tomatoe pesto instead of regular pesto sauce. You can usually find it on the pasta sauce aisle. YUM!!!!

When I saw this recipe a year ago, I went out that day & bought the ingredients to make it for dinner that day. It's so easy and yet so elegant & It's a hit with everyone in my house. Instead of baking the salmon, I usually sear it first that bake it for 5 min.

A lot of people are saying cook the salmon and puff pastry separately. Do you mean on a separate baking sheet cooked at the same time, or cook the puff pastry first, than the salmon? I'm anxious to try it, it looks so good!
