So good. My family ate it all-no leftovers! Skipped the rolls & served over rice. Will make again & again. Didn't have marsala wine- it was still good!

Outstanding and easy! My husband has enjoyed this recipe for years on a roll, pasta and just in a bowl. Sometimes I use turkey sausage or chicken sausage. We love it! Thanks Giada

I was a little unsure about the Marsala wine but this hit the wow factor with me! I had this on a toasted roll (you want a densed roll otherwise it will be soggy. This would be great over rice too! Nice summer meal. Thanks Giada!

Oh my God! I have tried many dishes from the internet and from the TV shows and when all was done it was usually a "so-so, I've tasted better" self critique. After reading all these great reviews, I said to myself " Well, you've wasted money on food before...try it.... and I did.
This receipe is SO good! Easy to make and so much great flavor. I called some family members to tell them how good this recipe was and to offer to bring some over. Now I have second thoughts (what can I say? hehe.
The only thing I did differentlt was I added the whole small can (6 oz. of tomatoe paste as I like my sauce pretty thick. I never cooked with wine before (don't like the taste of wine at all and I was afraid it would taste "winey". Couldn't taste it at all.
This will taste wonderful as a sandwich or over pasta......Yummy! Will repeat...yummy :-.
I would recommend this recipe to everyone!! Try it...... you will not be sorry. :-

This is so good, and is economical as well. I served it with Giada's polenta and sauteed spinach and I was in heaven! I made it as directed except for using one onion instead of two. I will definitely make it again.

Just made this tonight. Absolutely delicious! I served it over whole wheat penne. This is a keeper and it is also extremely budget friendly as well. Less than $10.00 for 4 people.
