This was so delicious. I didn't see the show but I would make this over and over again. I liked it better in a sandwich.

This dish was wonderful. We added provolone and toasted the Italian rolls. Big hit.

The tomato paste makes this quite rich, a different taste from our usual green peppers and onions with sausage.

This has become another Giada favorite! The smell of it cooking makes your mouth water. We like to use hot and sweet Italian sausage (still can't bring myself to try the turkey sausage and it adds some extra "heat" to the flavor. A recipe we'll crave weekly I'm sure!

I was never much of a sausage lover, but had never tried sweet turkey sausage. This recipe is so easy and so good. My husband loves it, just the smell when he comes home from work makes him light up, it's fun to make, and I can't wait for the next pot-luck lunch to take this recipe to.
