Instead of Marsala wine, I used a Tuscan blend and it was wonderful, very flavorful as Giada's dishes all are. This is great in a sandwich as well as alone.

I saw this and I just had to make it. Smelled and tasted wonderful. It was so easy to make too. My husband and mother loved it. Can't wait to make it for a party.

If I could give this a 10, I would. I love sausage and peppers. This was the best I have ever tasted. I could eat it 24/7.

This recipe is wonderful. The Marsala wine adds a richness and depth to the sauce that we simply loved!

This was a big hit with my family. The store I shop didn't have the sweet sauage, so I used hot instead. I also cooked the onoins and peppers a little longer than the recipe calls for. This is definetly a keeper!

A bit sweet for my taste even with dry wine. Better as leftovers; once the flavors incorporate this dish can't be beat!

Yet again, another mazingly tasty yet easy-to-make recipe from Giada! Definitely gives the San Gennaro festival sandwiches a run for their money. Definitely try this it's totally insane.
