I made this dish for a Thanksgiving meal at my husbands work. Everyone loved it! I'm not a green beans kind of gal but, it was soooo good!! It smelled terrific while I was making it and it turned out great! I will definitly make this again! Thanks!!

I have used this old family recipe for years. Sometimes with variations adding black olives cut in half along with a little grated Pecerino Ramono cheese. Sometimes with wine sometimes without. My family always loves it when I cook this.

i prepared these for a staff christmas party last year and they were a huge hit! very easy to make, and beautiful to see on a plate too. easy to tweak and adjust to your liking - i sprinkled some fresh parmesan cheese on top before plating and it was perfect. try using fire roasted diced tomatoes or different varieties of diced tomatoes too - it really enhances the flavor of the dish!

It is sometimes hard to find interesting and easy recipes for vegetables. This is one of those. I made this as a side dish for our dinner this evening and I almost forgot to eat the main dish. Delicious!

This is an easy recipe to prepare, and the results are wonderful. I loved the acidity of the tomatoes with the sweet beans. The dish has nice visual appeal which is important since we eat with our eyes too.
