This recipe is very tasty and easy. I used Emeril's herbs de Provence recipe since I couldn't find it at the store - yummy!

This is a very simple and easy biscotti. I absolutely loved it! It made my house smell so good while it was baking. The biscotti tastes great dunked in warm tomato soup. I would definitely recommend this recipe!

Didn't have herbs de provance, so I used dried oregano and a little bit of fennel. I didn't change anything else about the recipe and it turned out very well.

This is a great recipe! It was very easy to make and delicious! Great foundation to make more biscotti with chocolate, different cheese, nuts, etc.
Thank you Giada!!

I have always wanted to make my own biscotti, so I tried this recipe, and I was not disappointed! They were great. I made one small change, I used homemade yogurt cheese in place of the goat cheese, the texture was the same as the goat cheese, and it worked wonderfully! These are great for tea time, full of flavor!

Served these at a dinner party (of 6 as the "bread" and everyone loved them. They were so easy to make. I found though that "serves 4-6" means that everyone gets exactly one, so if you are making this for guests, maybe make two to be sure to have enough!

This was my first try at biscotti. I do not care for the ones you buy in the stores as they are not very fresh. This was so easy...and it was perfect. I made it to go with a light pasta dish. I even had it for breakfast the next day. It just crumbled in your mouth like a light butter cookie. Everyone loved it. Now I am looking for a sweet version to try.

My grandma, Concetta, used to have homemade biscotti ready for us every time we were going to see her. Most of the time she made them with almonds or chocolate, but every once in a while she would make the savory biscotti. She'd use sun-dried tomatoes or roasted red peppers or she would fold in eggplant tepenade. Whichever way she did it, it always turned out to be a piece of heavenly deliciousness. This recipe brings back some really fond memories of my grandma.
