This recipe is fantastic...full of flavor and light and filling! A few substitutions...rice instead of the couscous....add a bit more because 2 cups of rice didn't absorb all the liquid...I would also recommend decreasing the red pepper flakes if you are going to serve to children. The kids and my husband loved it but thought it might be a bit on the hot side. It's definitely a "Make Again" Recipe.

I loved this dish. It has great flavor and is very easy to make. Using the food processor to puree the sauce is key to a light textured couscous

I saw this recipe done the other day and it looked so easy and delicious, I just HAD to try it. Well, I was right! It is very easy to do -- especially if your fish department has already de-veined the shrimp -- and very, very tasty! I modified it just a bit by using a dash of cajun seasoning and Old Bay instead of the crushed red pepper. It worked quite well and brought out the flavor of the shrimp.

    Thanks for a great recipie!

This was fantastic!! It was easy to make and the flavors go so well together. I followed the recipe as is and there was no need for any changing in my opinion. I have to say it past my expectations. It was very yummy. Thank you Giada for yet another wonderful recipe.
