So easy and delish. I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. Perfect!

Very easy and elegant. I'd never had sea bass before but it's a mild, flakey white fish. I made the sauce in a saucepan while the fish was cooking in the frypan. Then both were ready at the same time. To serve, I ladeled some sauce on each plate, then topped each circle of sauce with a piece of fish. I used water this time but next time I'm going to use white wine as other reviewers suggested.

Added slicked black olives to the sauce as well as substituted chicken broth for water. Enjoyed this dish very much.

This recipe was one of the tastiest and easiest fish recipes I have ever found. The dish turned out beautifully with the fish cooked just right, (I did not have sea bass available so I used turbo fillet and the sauce was delicous! Thanks Giada!

WOW, sea bass has always been my favorite. I never would have thought to prepare it like this but it may be the best dish I've ever had. I did use white wine instead of water otherwise followed the recipe. I wish I could give it ten stars because it's that good. Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's going in my favorites right now!

This was phenomenal! I took the advice of another rater and used fire roasted crushed tomatoes and white wine instead of water. Really was an amazing dish.

very easy to make and the fish was fresh. The flavor of the sauce did not seem to get into the fish enough leaving it a little bland.
I don't think i will make it again.

It was a perfect meal. The bass we had was maximum fresh. The pan frying technique worked very well. Seasonings were perfect.

This recipe was delicious. I used canned diced tomatoes for ease and added spinach and a little sugar to it, but it was definitely a recipe that my family loved!

Wow! How easy was that? Amazing and absolutely simple! A bit spicy, so my Texas-size tsp likely needs to be adjusted...but wow! Easy-breezy, tasty!
