very easy to make and the fish was fresh. The flavor of the sauce did not seem to get into the fish enough leaving it a little bland.
I don't think i will make it again.

It was a perfect meal. The bass we had was maximum fresh. The pan frying technique worked very well. Seasonings were perfect.

This recipe was delicious. I used canned diced tomatoes for ease and added spinach and a little sugar to it, but it was definitely a recipe that my family loved!

Wow! How easy was that? Amazing and absolutely simple! A bit spicy, so my Texas-size tsp likely needs to be adjusted...but wow! Easy-breezy, tasty!

I love Giada and her fresh and healthy italian cooking, so I hate to change a thing, but based on the reviews I did a few tweaks. My fiance said it was better than most restaurants. A SUPER easy... must make!

I used roasted crushed tomatoes for an little smoky flavor, and absolutely loved using white wine instead of water. Just be sure to cook it a bit longer to evaporate all the alcohol. Also, did not have sea bass left at the store and used halibut. I would recommend this swap over tilapia or flaky thin filet fish since the real perk of this is a great fish steak that is hearty and meaty. If you aren't getting golden color like the photo, make sure the oil is very hot when you put the fish in. Otherwise the flour will just soap up all the oil! Less healthy and not the crispy edges that make this so amazing!

Also made with pearl couscous with diced garlic, zucchini and mushrooms as someone recommended. WOW.

This is really, really good! The sauce was so easy and flavorful and tasted very Italian. You can use the sauce for any kind of fish.

This recipe is delicious!! So easy! I served the sea bass over a small mound of fluffy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and then poured the yummy, tomatoey sauce over the fish and potatoes. My husband and I thought that we were in a 5 star restaurant! A winner all the way around!

This recipe was absolutely amazing! I served it at a small dinner party last week and I'm still receiving compliments. And it was absolutely simple to make. I just added a touch more garlic than it called for. Absolutely perfect!
