I made this last night with Mahi Mahi -- isn't that the same as sea bass? My husband loved this. I served with Bobby Flay's Grilled sweet potatoes with lime and cilantro and Giada's Arugula Salad with Fried Gorgonzola (both delicious.
Will definitely made again.

I bought a lot of fresh chilean sea bass from a new fish monger. I made this dish yesterday with some roasted new potatoes. My mouth fell it was so good.

This is a great fish and this recipe did nothing to enhance it. I found the seasoning to be basic and nothing special. The fish itself was fine.

My husband's favorite fish is chilean sea bass. We had fresh sea bass so I wanted this to be a special dish and it was fabulous! I was worried about the fish and tomato combo but no need to be. His first words were "holy cow" "best I have ever tasted" and so on. I didn't modify a thing. This recipe is perfect as is. I served it with rositto...elegant yet simple meal.

Part of my New Year's resolution was to eat a more balanced diet, more fish and more vegetables. This dish was fantastic! It was so easy to cook and far better tasting than any fish I have ever cooked before. It is a Giada recipe, so I should have expected nothing less than perfection. Thank you!

This was just so simple and unbelievable perfection! I could not afford sea bass today, so the fish man suggested fresh cod since it was on sale. Except for that, I made the recipe exactly as called for and it was fantastic. My 13 year old who loves fish but hates tomatoes finished his plate and asked for seconds. Served it with roasted green beans and some rice. Wow!

I made this last night for my husband and friend. They both were wowed at the flavors. I used fire roasted diced tomatoes and the dish came out beyond delicious. So easy yet packed with flavor. What more can you ask for?

I wasn't able to get Sea Bass, so I used Halibut and it was fantastic. Easy and fast. I loved it and so did my family.
