This recipe was easy to do. The coating on the fish however didn't turn out as smooth as it looks on picture. If you have frozen fish I would cook it a bit longer. My fiance loved it and I would definitely cook it again

Treated ourselves to expensive sea bass, but well worth it! Served with parmesan couscous.

Oh My Gosh! In the 5 years that my husband and I have been married I've been trying the entire time to make the perfect fish recipe! My fish always ended up tasteless and wattery. Unblieveable. This recipe produced the best tasting fish I have ever made! The method for frying it after adding the S&P then dredging it in flour I've seen on TV but have never tried until now and will never make fish any other way after this. I was very skeptical about the red sauce at first. I used fresh herbs for the first time instead of dry and was amazed at the flavor difference. The red sauce was so good I will duplicate it for future italian recipes I make. Don't forget if you have to use dry herbs use 1 Tsp instead of 1 Tbs. The exchange for dry is less than fresh but I highly recommend using fresh herbs after my experience with this recipe. This is by far better fish than I've had at any restaurant! Many thanks for posting!

Very easy prep, delicious, will do again. The resting time for the fish and then warming before serving was perfect.

I just finished cooking and eating this dish and it is fantastic! This is definitely a keeper - delicious and easy. I served it with couscous and green beans. I'm going to try it with chicken later this week.

Very good. The fish was a little bland but the sauce totally makes up for it. Love it!
