    I like how easy this was to make a nice steak. I used a NY strip instead and it was good. I didn't have peppers (thought I did and it was still very delicious. I will make this again.

    So flavorful, and so easy to do. A good summer alternative to my winter one-pot meals. I only had white balsamic vinegar, but I'm sure it would be great with the usual variety. Devoured by a picky husband... Will definitely add to my go-to recipes. Thanks so much, Giada.

    I made this wonderful salad on a very hot summer day. It was easy, beautiful and delicous. I can't think of a better lite supper on a summer evening, sitting on the deck.

    This is the best salad I or my hubby have ever eaten! My man is a steak man and never like lettuce much, this got him to realize how good a salad can be!
