    This is a great receipe, the only thing it is more a cold salad, had a great taste.

    Loved this! My husband and I had this when we were in Rome this summer. I put on my Andrea Bocelli CD, closed my eyes and took a bite. I could almost believe I was back in Rome again.

    After seeing the MSN Video of this recipe, I cooked it for my wife and we loved it! I plan to prepare it for my sister's-in-law in Arizona when we visit in October. This is a must try dish!
