I doubled the sauce based on other reviews and it was good that I did, because I doubt we would have had enough if I hadn't. Unfortunately, none of us cared for it. The leftovers were tossed.

This recipe was tasty. I didn't follow it completely because I was pressed for time, but I made large shells (the size down from the jumbo and just made it as a macaroni and cheese thing rather than stuffing shells. I also used the diced pancetta which are almost like crumbles. It was delicious and I will definitely make this again and again!

YUMMMMY!!!! What a great variation from traditional stuffed shells. The kids and the husband both asked for seconds. Only thing I did different was add more pancetta. I will definitely make this again and again and again!!

This was good-the family loved it-I personally am just not a fan for asiago cheese. Doubled the sauce-good thing-don't think the single version would have been enough. Used bacon instead of panchetta. Definitely something different to make. Would try again-maybe mix another cheese in there that is not so strong.

what a wonderful recipe. My husband loved it! I did double the sauce recipe as others had said. Always good idea to read reviews before trying a new recipe. It is a little expensive to make but worth it for something different. I made it earlier in the day and covered in the fridge. It was nice just to pop in the oven after a busy day.

So flavorful!! We all loved it! I also will add more sauce next time, but I did do two cloves of garlic instead of one just because we love garlic!

Loved this recipe. Substituted Italian Sausage and it was great. Will make more sauce next time as the shells absorbed a lot. Thanks again Giada!

This was super easy to make and has quickly become a household favorite. We adjusted the ingredients and used browned ground turkey instead of the pancetta. My kids LOVED it and they usually run screaming from things that are green! The flavorful sauce hides the spinach so well.
