This was a great meal and very easy. I substituted prosciutto in place of pancetta and shredded romano cheese in place of asiago and it was wonderful!

This recipe is yet another great one from Giadda! Everyone loved the shells, and they were easy to make too.

This was a really tasty dish. My family, boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much. Our only real complaint was that there wasn't enough sauce (and I did follow her recipe as instructed we could have used a little more because the stuffed shells were a little dry, but overall they tasted very good. Definitely glad I didn't use more than a pound of spinach because that was plenty. Thanks everyone for that suggestion!

This was a good dish, the recipe is not hard, but labor intensive, I will change the ham, (no procuttio in my area to bulk sausage and try it again, I will also add a lot more herbs and pepper.

Not too rich, just an excellent recipe and not too hard for the average cook.

We substituted the ricotta for cottage cheese and since we don't have easy access to pancetta we used thick bacon. This recipe was fantastic and has very quick steps! Great for a week night meal.

I made this recipe because of the 5 star review. It was very good but the pancetta was way too thick and chewy. It did add a great flavor though. Next time I think I will coarsly chop it in the processor, brown it and it to the mixture.
