I took other recommendations and doubled the sauce. I also used hot italian sausage instead of pancetta. It was really good. I will definitely make it again and put this recipe in my cookbook.

This recipe could be improved if one used less Asiago and instead used a milder cheese. The Asiago has a strong flavor and would be better if it came through in a more subtle manner.

I love this recipe. It's a little labor intensive because stuffing the shells takes time. I also discovered I need to make a little more of the sauce otherwise my shells come out a little dry. After making that adjustment this has become one of my favorite meals.

I Made this recipe a few years back the first time I met my boyfriends son. Today we are making again for all of us to plan out our wedding.

"Who ever said the way to a mans heart wasn't kidding!"

I used both Asiago and Parmigiano-Reggiano then tucked jumbo prawns in between the shells before baking. All I can say is yum.

We loved this dish!! I will definitely be making this again. Although, I did make a few changes. I thought the sauce seemed like it would be very rich. So I halved the recipe for the sauce and did half spaghetti sauce and half cream sauce. It really worked well! Also, because the price of good Asiago can be expensive, I used half mozzarella and half Asiago in the filling. YUMMM!
