I saw this for the first time this morning on TV and made it for dinner tonight. Where has this recipe been all my life? A twist on short rib ragu...such a simple idea...easy to overlook...but you have to try it. The flavors are incredible. A bit of a project but worth the work. And I have leftovers! Can't imagine lasagna any other way after this. P.S Just reminds me why Giada is one of my favorite Food Network Chefs. She never misses.

Very good! This makes a great Father's Day meal. The prep and cook times are very accurate. The serving sizes are large. It makes twelve roll-ups. Only one of my men ate two. The others could not eat more than one making this recipe to serve 8-10 easily.

I will admit that after braising the short ribs for hours, I could not bring myself to use a jarred sauce as Giada suggested. I combined this recipe with Anne Burrell's faulous marinara sauce, both include lots of inactive time but time nonetheless. Honestly though, the 3 hours each can run side by side. OMG, only changes were fresh spinach and pasta. To die for, will become a family Sunday dinner/Special Dinner staple. Thank you Giada and Anne.

Just fabulous! Have made this several times, and while it is certainly a project (I usually break it up into two days, it is worth every second. I will say that I've made it with both frozen and fresh spinach, and definitely prefer it with the fresh.

This recipe is beyond fantastic!! I was able to prepare almost everything the day before and constructed the rollups the day of the dinner, using fresh lasagna noodles, which I cooked for about 2 minutes. I served Giada's incredible antipasto salad which I served with bruschetta and then the rollups were served with baby veggies. My guests loved it so much! If ten stars were offered, I'd click on ten. Thanks Giada

While this recipe is time consuming...it sure is yummy! I used 1.5 lbs of boneless short ribs and cooked them for 1 hr 45 min which was perfect. I also only had enough filling for 9 rolls (instead of the 12 it says. Both my husband and I loved the rolls and are excited to make them again for friends and family. Great recipe Giada!

To. Die. For. Thank you Giada. My sister recently made this for our family. It was so rich and so delicious, I wanted more than one roll. Next time, I will make the recipe myself so I can have all I want!
