    I waited for this recipe to come out online because I was so excited to try it. It's definately savory, filling and all those other things, however, I'm not sure that I will be making it again. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but I'm not sure if it's worth the hours of investment. If it only took one hour I would probably make it again.

    We are having a family reunion at Mom's house in NJ. We saw Giada make this recipe on Saturday. It looked amazing. However, we went to the website for the recipe and it was not posted for 2 days. Thanks to your remarkable customer service staff, one hour after inquiring about the recipe, it was posted. We immediately purchased the ingredients for our family dinner that night. We did it together as a family effort on Monday evening. We watched the repeat show while it was cooking and as Giada was making it, we smelled the aroma from our kitchen. It was almost like Smellivision! We just finished this unbelievable dinner. The meat was so tender with a great hearty flavor. Just as Giada said, "You have GOT to try this". This will be a family tradition. Thank you Giada for your beauty, grace and talent!!

    Made this on 10/8/06. From memory of the segment. Could'nt find tagliatelle so use yoke-less wide noodles. Forgot a few ingredients but overall it turn out pretty good. There is just two of us so there will be leftovers!
    Also, used bacon in lieu of panchetta.
    Wish there were Italian Deli's close by. Package meats to thin and over flavored.
