Well, I was disappointed. I expected a ton of flavor but didn't get it. The dressing was lacking. Have had much better similar dressings. I always like to end on a positive note and the only thing I could find was the avocado and nothing had to be done to that! Will be trying the spinach loaf next, hope I have better results!

One of the best salads I've ever had! The flavors were perfect together. I served on leafy lettuce and some cherry tomatoes for a main meal. I can see why Prince William won his polo match!

Very original and very tasty! Great summer salad to have by itself or to accompany another dish.

Loved, loved, loved it! The zucchini comes out great as long as you use garden fresh and don't over-cook. All the flavor melded so well together. Made the frico chips with freshly grated Stravecchio parmigiano Will definitely use the shrimp marinade for other shrimp recipes.

The frico chips are delicious! They add a nice crunchy texture to the rest of the soft ingredients in the salad. I used salmon instead of shrimp and added cherry tomatoes for a pop of color.

10* not 5!! : this was so easy to make and so so so yummylicious that it's hard to describe. I used regular cast iron instead of grill or grill pan and it still worked just fine. the taste was fantastic and oh maaan am I making this again! the only thing is - for others thinking cheap grated Parmesan would do - please buy fresh cheese and grate it yourselves as it's the only way how to make those frico chips work: I learned it the hard way:D

I made this tonight for dinner, and it was so tasty! The flavor on the shrimp and in the dressing mix really well. I used cilantro instead of parsley because I prefer cilantro, and it worked! I will definitely make this one again.
