I made this as two entrees rather than 8 or so petite appetizers. I will do the appetizers at a later party. It was easy to make, very fresh tasting, dressing was light. The presentation was so beatiful and classy which would impress anyone. Loved making this recipe. Thanks Giada!

I really enjoyed the many layers of flavor. Very rich and a little is enough. I liked all ingredients but will try different one's in the future. Cucumber is a good suggestion. I have made the cheese crisps on a different occasion and they are a wonderful addition to this recipe.

liked the recipe but IF I make again I'll not use Zucchini, it made the rest "slimy".....wondering how seeded Cucumber or Grilled Pineapple would be as a substitute ?

the dressing recipe is really nice - have a couple of other recipes that it'll go with nicely

Loved the marinade for the shrimp! I put a Spanish twist on it, instead of using parsley and chive I only used cilantro! It came out great! Only thing... I would cut back on the evoo on the dressing, maybe like 1 tablespoon instead. Overall great recipe!

Made this tonight for a little picnic in the park. Packed it with bread, brie and grapes. It was awesome! So much flavor and great creamy texture. I'd also use that marinade for plain grilled shrimp, it was great.
