This is truly a wonderful dish. It's simple, easy-to-make, and tastes delicious. I had all the ingredients the recipe calls for on hand except for fresh basil, so I made it without basil. And it still came out great!!! This is definitely a keeper.

AMAZING!! Even though I completely forgot the wine it was delicious....I did substitute shallots for onions and will use less salt next time...but still, the BEST shrimp dish I have ever prepared. Loved it!!!

This was a delish recipe, it was so so easy, it took only 20 minutes! I loved that I could cut it in half for an easy dinner for two. I highly recommend serving it over a small bed of angle hair pasta (whole grain for the health conscious!

I, too, loved this recipe! I made this for a friend who came to visit for the weekend. It was perfect because I didn't have to babysit the stove. This recipe is very forgiving. As long as the shrimp are cooked according to direction, the rest can be made as quickly or leisurely as you wish. I got sidetracked and let the onions cook 10 minutes longer than required. I also used a sparkling white wine (because that is what we were drinking and it turned out delish! My friend was still talking about it the next day. I served this over Giada's lemon spaghetti like some of the other reviewers, only I used orzo. Yum!

So good! Followed the recipe exactly - I am a spice wuss so for me it was very spicy, but my husband ( who loves spicy said it was moderately-spicy. I think next time I will double up on the tomatoes & white wine, and just use it as a sauce on top of plain spaghetti. It was delicious!
