This is a great recipe just the way Giada wrote it, but there are so many combinations of nuts and fruits that you could use in this recipe. So many ideas!!! Thanks Giada.

This was quite tasty! It was very easy to make. The longest part of the recipe was the buttering the phyllo dough. I will make this recipe a lot.

This is a terrific recipe! It's great bacause you can essentially use any nut you have on hand...I had almonds and pecans and it turned out great. It differs from middle eastern baklava which is made with a simple syrup. I just made a little syrup to sweeten the deal and drizzled the cooled syrup over the warm baklava....yum, yum, yum!

I enjoyed this recipe very much. As a Greek-American, making many batches of traditional Baklava, I find that Giada really understands Greek food. The Apricots were a very good addition. I loved the contribution.

I added a little more honey to the mixture and served them on a plate with a little more drizzled honey as I found them just a little dry for my taste. I also used kitchen scissors to cut the little pieces of phyllo.

This is a really good recipe for those who like the taste of baklava but don't like the syrupy consistency it can sometimes have.

Great Job, Giada! This Greek heart loves ya!!
