    This easy and quick tasting recipe is the best tasting quick bolognaise that I have ever had. The recipe is very easy and quick.

    I made this in a snap and it was really good. As the recipe states, you need to check for seasoning at the end because it needed a little bit of salt and fresh ground pepper. My husband added red pepper flakes with freshly grated Parmesan. Yummy!

    This sauce was very easy to prepare but I was disappointed in its delicate taste. As I like a bolder sauce, I bumped it up with Sweet Italian Sausage, crushed red pepper, toasted Italian seasoning mixed with extra Oregano, and Beef Stock. I made a double batch and served it over spaghetti. Very Good.

    We are not polenta people, but we are bolognese ones. This was fast and very easy. The kids said that is was a keeper and I definetly agree.
