I made these for Sunday dinner with a lamb roast. My family and guests went wild over these potatoes. Everyone asked for the recipe. What I like best about them is that there is no butter or milk and lots of flavor. Excellent, thanks Giada.

I really did not like this recipe. The olive oil flavor was way to overpowering for me. I made it to accompany the chicken cacciatore from this episode which came out wonderfully, and in the future I will just stick to good old white rice rather than these potatoes.

I absolutely love this recipe, it is so easy! I have never made regular mashed potatoes since I first made this recipe.

I made these with half baby reds half yukon golds. I added some butter too and probably extra parm. Tasty

Quick and easy way to get a mashed potato fix. Different from traditional mashed potatoes but fantastic and a lot faster to make.

I made this for the first time last week with Giada's Chicken Cacciatore and it was fabulous! I read others' comments about not being smooth enough or would be better with butter and don't agree as this is supposed to be a RUSTIC Italian recipe. It is clearly that and not as much fuss as regular mashed potatoes. A winner in my book!

I enjoyed these potatoes with the Giada's chicken cacciatore recipe and think they do best with an entree with a sauce. They were quite good with all the parmesan and olive oil, but are not as smooth & creamy as traditional mashed potatoes, so they don't work as well on their own. However, smothered with the chicken and sauce, they were great!
