    I definately liked the taste of the parmesan with the potatoes, but well i don't know if I didn't add enough cheese or if it was the fact that I used extra virgin olive oil instead of regular but something was weird about them. I think I may have to try them again.

    The olive oil, took out most of the flavor and that's all we tasted, I will use a lot less next time.

    Everyone loved these - even the picky 4 1/2-year-old - and were surprised that there was no butter or milk!

    I used white pepper instead of black, and next time I will put in a bit more cheese.

    Very easy recipe, and great left-overs!

    These weren't my favorite, but I think it was the too parmesany flavor. If you really like the strong cheese flavors, you will like this

    This recipe is one of my familys favorite side dishes. If I left up to my 10 month old they would be the entree'!
