I agree with the previous poster re the working with phyllo. I'm thinking next time I'll use puff pastry rolled thinner..similar idea but less work and still, people think puff pastry is something extra special.

This dish was so wonderful! The flavor combinations were just right, not to rich, light dressing for the salad, yummy! It was all very easy and a great find for trying something new.
