Lovely way to dress up a BLT. The purists at my table were skeptical but all admitted the taste was great.

These were super easy to make and sooo delicious! My teenage brother and father were both skeptical about the salmon before they tried it, but they were fighting over the last sandwich! : I had never had arugula before, it was so perfect on this! A nice light summer lunch or dinner!

Instead of my usual bagel & lox, I decided to try this recipe after seeing the show. Loved the brightness the lemon and dill add to store bought mayo. The bacon adds just the right amount of texture. Amazingly good! Thanks, Giada.

Made this for dinner and it was terrific! I used Salmon flilets--actually cooked them in the bacon grease (haha and it was perfect. The dill/lemon mayo adds so much flavor. This will be a favorite for our family now. Thanks Giada!

I modified this a little and it still tasted great, instead of Arugula I used spinach and opted for turkey bacon to reduce the fat! Fantastic sandwich!

I would probably use more salmon next time. the flavor was over-powered by the bacon. The lemon zest and dill mayo was wonderful.

I don't like Mayo or Miracle Whip, but this was an awesome recipe. Perfect for lunch. Thanks a ton Giada!

Easy to make and the diverse flavors blend well. Made mine with ciabatta bread and they were great.
