I've now made this recipe 4 times and they were a major hit. Brought it to my small office staff and coworkers had to split the last piece! I didn't add any salt at all to the cream part since the salmon was salty enough for me. I actually just logged on right now because I need to forward this recipe to a couple of friends.

I just made this for a get-together with the gals and it was a hit. Easy to make, but delicious. It looks harder than it really is. I replaced the pizza dough with puff pastry, it added some yummy flaky volume to it.

Just made these for a party and got rave reviews. The pizza dough (bought from Trader Joes plumped up so much that I decided to make a slit in the middle and stuff them with the mixture and salmon. They looked so cute and were bite size. Really delicious. I will definitely be making these again and again.

I made this recipe for my Easter brunch. Everyone LOVED them! The only thing I added was a touch of lemon juice to the cream mixture. This was so easy to make and looked great on the table. I will definitely make them again!

This was so easy to make and presented so well - very cute! This makes a great appetizer - my family ate it up so quickly because it was small and tasty.
This will be great to make again for Easter.
