I used this recipe for the chutney and o.m.g.! So great! I used it over a barbecued pork loin. I didn't have apple juice so I used a ginger infused simple syrup that I had made for soda earlier in the week, plus some water. It turned out AMAZING!!

I made these without the apple and it was delicious. YUMMY Giada you do it again! Next time I will try it with the apple and I bet it is to die for!!! Please try it, it will be something you will make over and over. As Giada says, PERFECT!

Loved this recipe. Such a nice change from beer burgers. The zest and sweetness and moist burger was awesome

I did not like any part of this burger. It wasn't so bad that I had to make something else for dinner, but it certainly will not be made again in my house.

Love Giada's recipes however this was not very tasty at all. The burgers were bland and dry however the chutney was delish! My family always requests the remaking of Giada's recipes but this one they gave a very emphatic hands down! Sorry Giada!

I made these burgers for the 4th, and everyone loved them. Everyone wanted the recipe so they can make them at home. The Chutney was the perfect toppings as well. We will make these burgers often.

Wow! These burgers were incredible! Even the picky eaters in my family ate their entire burger. We will make these again and again. The pork stayed very moist and the apple chutney adds a perfect balance of sweet and tart to offset the smokiness of the burgers. YUM!

Made these for the 4th and they were a huge hit. I used Smoked Gouda only because my grocery store didn't have smoked mozzarella. The apple chutney is a must. Great take on "pork chops and applesauce".
