These were delicious! I used regular flour instead of quinoa flour because I had already started making them when I saw that the recipe called for the quinoa flour. They made 24 very full mini cupcakes and they looked beautiful. I will definitely make these again

This was a great recipe and it made more than 24 cupcakes. It made 32 cupcakes for the family or for a great party.

Very good, baked for 11 min and they were perfect! If you bite one immediately after you take out of the oven, they will be a bit mushy, but they cool into a nice chewy brownie like consistency. I bought quinoa flour from whole foods. Also, I added a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter, as suggested by the pervious reviewer, which was a nice addition. Will def make again!

Don't make these. Didn't cook in the time specified. Were a gooey mess and stuck to the paper. Very disappointing and waste of time.

Threw these messes in the trash, they completely stick to the paper, don't cook in the specified time & they look so ugly when they come out of the oven. The marshmallows melt into a gooey mess on top, making these brownies look awful. There was way too much mixture for 24 mini muffins, more like 32. Disappointing.

Great recipe and very tasty. Simple to make and looks great for a party. Do not overcook unless you want them dried out. I prefer a more moist chewy brownie so 10 minutes was perfect. I substituted whole wheat flour for the quinoa flour.

I scribbled down this amazingly easy,, scratch brownie recipe, from memory, and accidentally ended up changing it slightly. The results were amazing, and eaten very quickly! It took me a long time to find the true recipe online, but both versions are easy, delicious, and very fun to eat! My sweet tooth never came in, so I love to cook everything but sweets. This is the first dessert I can love to make, eat and share! Thank you Giada!
