This was a very easy meal. Our grill is out of commission so I did the shrimp in the frying pan. You do need to add the liquid or it will be on the dry side. I used prepared pesto to save time, with two kids on the go, it was easier. This is our second recipe we have tried from Giada and again, another 5 stars. Love your show!!!!

My husband and I thought that this was a nice recipe. It was quick and easy, with great taste for our lovely midweek dinner. I did make a couple of additions to the recipe. First I took the comments of other cooks and added more garlic (3 cloves total. I also added 2 tablespoons of pine nuts to the pesto. It turned out wonderful. The pasta has great flavor and the shrimp were a perfect compliment. This is a keeper recipe. Thank you Giada for great recipe.

I made this for my friends and family. We all enjoyed it, although I also make a traditional homemade pesto (with basil, pine nuts and garlic that I serve with shrimp and I prefer that flavor to this one.
Although, this is a very good dish!

An easy, simple and refreshing recipe. Love the arugula as pesto. The half cup of olive oil wasn't too much with the amount of pasta involved. Only change would be to increase the garlic, to at least 1 tbsp worth.

I just made this for dinner tonight, and it was awesome. It is one of the easiest dinners to make, and it was so inexpensive too. I didn't have the shrimp so I grilled a steak and layed the slices on top of the pasta. It was wonderful. I will be making this one again for sure.

Like some of the other reviews, my husband and I found this dish a little bland. Even the arugula didn't "spice" it up much. I would definitely make it again, but add more cheese and possibly some hot pepper flakes or more salt & pepper. Also had a problem with the pasta cooling off very quickly, even though the shrimp and pesto were "ready to go" when the pasta was done. It also wanted to "clump together."
