I tried this recipe last night and my boyfriend and I loved it!! It is so easy to make and tastes so good. What I like about this recipe is that you don't need pine nuts; they are pretty expensive. The lemon zests and persely REALLY bring up the flavor well. I added a good amount of kosher salt at the end because it was a bit bland. humm...I can have it tonight again!!

I can't tell you how good this recipe is and how easy it is to make. Takes no time at all. You have got to try this recipe. It is great for a family, a couple, or a single person (at least if you are single you do not have to share with anyone. This is wonderful!
