We love this recipe, however I am not a fan of smoked cheeses. I happened to have White Cheddar and used that and it was delicious! I also added a sauteed chicken breast in addition to the prosciutto (my two year old doesn't like prosciutto. I love Giada recipes!

This is one of the simplest, tastiest pasta recipes ever! When I've had a long day at work and need something yummy and satisfying, this is what I make. It's such a good recipe as everyone loves it and it only takes 15 minutes to make!

Was absolutely delicious!! Be aware though that you should have a really big pan for cooking this in (at least 14 inches.

Overall, this was a great recipe. My husband loved it. I think I may make a few adjustments in the future. It's very important to be careful how much salt is added since the proscuitto is already salty. I think I will use a thicker proscuitto that I can dice because the thin slices stick together and are a bit difficult to get on a fork. I found myself hoping for a little lemon juice, although I don't know how that would work with the smoked mozzarella.

Incredible! This is the second time this week that I have made one of Giada's recipes, and both were delicious!

I followed the advice of some other reviewers and crisped the prosciutto in the pan. I also roasted the asparagus at 400 degrees for 15 min instead of boiling it--it added a nice nuttiness to the dish. Try it! It's so fast and flavorful!

I have been looking at recipes and reviews all day and I have noticed that the people who give bad reviews have altered the recipes....do not blame others for your shortcomings

I made this and my 16month old devoured it. I made it a cream sauce using Giada fettuccine alfredo recipe.
