    What a flavor.....reminds me of something my grandma use to make. I would suggest playing with the red pepper and mint for those who like it mild. Less pepper, use less mint.

    A TABLESPOON OF RED PEPPERFLAKES! IT WAS WAY TOO HOT FOR ME. I WILL MAKE IT AGAIN THOUGH BUT NEXT TIME WITH LESS PEPPERFLAKES.

    The recipe says to add the pasta water before adding the pasta and I thank this is a misquote, if I remember right she added it after teh pasta was added ato the pan, adding it before makes a mess.
