Quick, easy and tasty. This is a great side dish. My four year old son had two bowls. This is perfect when you're wondering what to have a side dish at the last minute because it only take a few minutes to prepare.

I love this recipe! It is very easy to make and so full of flavor. I love that you can always have all the ingredients in the pantry so it is great for unexpected company. It is one of my husband's favorites.
