I made this recipe with fresh spaghetti and it was AWESOME... just like being in an Italian Trattoria!

I add sauteed chicken tenderloins that I top with salt, fresh ground pepper, and garlic powder before cooking in olive oil. Lots of parm. cheese is also a must after mixing all ingredients with the pasta. Great dinner and simple.

This was such a great new twist on basica spaghetti. I use a lot of pasta (joys of a budget and was lots for ideas. This is easier than what I was doing before to jazz up pasta.

This dish is sooo good. Just watch it on the parsley. One time I got carried away on the parsley and now my husband makes fun of me every time I make this dish!

I tried this with her chicken parmesan on the side, and it was great! I like mine on the spicy side so I added more red pepper. But very quick and wonderful flavor.

I love how the garlic and the spicy red pepper compliment each other. It's very easy after a long 12 hour day at work. I make this dish at least once a week sometimes twice if I'm really craving it.

You could really do alot with this dish. I add some chicken broth a little lemon and parm cheese, pair with some fish, chicken, or steak. Excellent!

I spent a day in Venice on a trip to Europe this summer and had this in a small restaurant far from St. Mark's Square. When I came back I wanted to try to make it myself. I looked in Giada's cookbook and lo, there it was. I bought the ingredients made it, and it was perfect, just like Italy. This is a great tasting and very simple recipe.
