My family absolutely loved this "meatless" spaghetti sauce. I did not add the celery and carrots because my family is not fond of those ingredients. The only thing I will do differently is reserve some the sauce prior to adding the olives and red pepper flakes for my preteen son. Otherwise, the rest of my family loved the "kick"! I will most definitely will add this to one of my family's favorite dishes!

Sounds like a strange combo to add olives to pasta, but this was so good. The red pepper flakes gave it a nice kick and it was so great to have a meal without meat in it. So fast and easy to prepare. Even the kids loved this meal.

My family calls this dish "the good spaghetti". 'Nuff said. The tomato sauce is easy and delicious and can be used in so many dishes.

I don't know what it is about this simple pasta dish but it is absolutely delicious! It is so easy and all the flavors just go together so well. I honestly can't stop eating it every time I make it. Outstanding!

Giada's tomato sauce is so easy to make that I haven't bought any spaghetti sauce since I discovered it and it is absolutely delicious. This is an outstanding recipe.

I made this for dinner tonight. The taste was great. However, the recipe didn't seem to call for enough sauce! 3 cups was not quite enough. The pasta was still pretty dry. Next time I will double the amount of pasta sauce.
