This recipe was rather bland and dry as written. It seems that a lot of people who give it more stars have tinkered with the recipe somehow. I tried to make it as close to as written as possible and was rather disappointed.

this dish was really good and easy to make. i was shocked by the flavor but it was delicious! we added chicken breast to it and sliced it really thin when it was frozen, than was a great idea!

Like other reviewers, I added fresh lemon juice to regular olive oil. I used dried marjoram and added a few toasted pine nuts. This is now a favorite meal in my house!

I tried this reciped because I didn't want a tomato sauce with my spaghetti and I had a lot of feta in my fridge. I didn't have marjoram on hand so I used flat leaf parsley. I didn't have the lemon Olive Oil, so I just used regular Olive Oil. I added capers, fresh tomatoes and garlic and seasoned it with dried tarragon and dried marjoram and it was the Bomb!!! And it was really Easy.

    Thanks Giada!!

I couldn't find marjoram or meyer lemon oil so I substituted the marjoram with basil and the lemon oil with olive oil and 1 lemon. I also added red pepper flakes to give it an extra bite. I cooked it for a vegetarian guest with a sophisticated palette as well as my picky husband and they both went in for full helpings of seconds and raved. Thanks Giada!

Loved this recipe. I added shrimp and mache. I stirred in the mache at the end and let the pasta heat it. This will be a regular. Next, I'm going to try the sun-dried tomato suggestion.
