Wonderful! Of course, I had to tweak it a little to our families liking. Twice as much basil. 2-3 oz. of parmesan. 6 oz. of monzarella. Threw in kalamata olives. If you want a chunkier sauce, first blend everything but the olives and tomatoes, then throw them in so they end up in bigger pieces. Also, the lack of a salt measurement (I know. I know. We all have different salt palates made for a little guessing. I used a 1/2 tsp. Since you can make the sauce ahead of time, it makes it a good recipe for company. Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely amazing!! However, only make this when it's tomato season and you have the sweetest tasting tomatoes and not the mealy tasting ones (it'll ruin the dish if it's mealy. I've made this a dozen times, sometimes true to form and other times mixing a variety of different types of heirloom tomatoes (different colors. It's always wonderful!!

Yummy! Next time I will probably pulse or roast the garlic first to avoid that strong bite. I used spaghetti and diced Roma tomatoes. Loved it.

This has become a favorite - it takes minutes to prepare and has tons of flavor. I like to pulse the garlic and scallions first so they get chopped finer. I servie it on papprdelle or whatever pasta I have handy - it's great on its own or with a grilled steak or chicken.

I made this for a weeknight dinner and it was simple to make with a spectacular, fresh taste. This will go in to my recipe box for keeps. A wonderful summer dinner!

This was light and delicious! I added 4 strips of crumbled crip bacon to the top after plating this dish. Other than that followed recipe to a T. Will experiment next time adding shrimp or chicken. In permanent rotation.
