Absolutely wonderful; very light and summery.

Try running the sauce in the microwave for 60 seconds to beter melt the mozzerella before adding the pasta.

I watched the show recently and made the recipe. I put three cloves of garlic as the recipe indicates. While it tasted very good, I think I could kill a vampire. Three cloves of garlic is way too much and I love garlic. I would recommend cutting it down to 1 medium clove.

Easy and FUN to make. The flavor is incredible! It's good immediately after making it, but it's even been leftover and cold out of the fridge. It is my most craved meal. My husband enjoys it as well, however I can not get my 12 year old to even try it because she's afraid of a tomato. : Too bad, she's missing out!
