One of the best pasta recipes I've ever had! You really must use the freshest, best quality ingredients though! It's that perfect summer meal!

I have made this pasta quite a few times since seeing the episode and my family loves it. I have had two dinner parties where I served this and both times the people who came to the party requested the recipe and have made it themselves.
