the cake was very tasty, however....I do not know how I messed up the icing, it was fine except that my cheese was still a tiny bit lumpy...the taste was there, that's all that matters, next time I will mix longer I guess...but that is my problem...not yours, cake was good, not too sweet.

This cake was so easy to make, and it turned out exactly like I thought it would. The family loved it!

Excellent recipe! Mine was done baking in 50 minutes so start testing it at 45 minutes. The icing is amazing. I think it will taste even better after the flavors meld a bit. Will definitely be making this again, might try another type of apple, the Granny Smith apples stay firm and I prefer an apple that breaks down more, like McIntosh. Make this one!!

I have this baking in the oven as I type and, let me tell you, it smells amazing. I haven't tasted it yet, obviously, but if it tastes half as good as it smells we'll have a winner on our hands!

I can't wait to try this. The cake looked so pretty! This will be my first time in making a bundt cake, I can't wait. Thank you Giada, for sharing this recipe. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
